The Haunting of Blye Street

For years Blye Street, in the hamlet of Harvel's Joust, drew visitors from far and wide — fine clothing, dear perfumes, children's toys, books, delicacies, quality arms and armour, and for the right price, items of a more magical nature.

On a cold autumn night three years ago, smoke sprouted from Blye Street. The fire razed as though the flames were fanned by the devil himself, engulfing the street and the houses around it. Over two dozen people were believed dead. Only two bodies were ever recovered, and no culprit was ever arrested.

Blye Street was sealed off. Most of the townsfolk left, and those who did carried a rumour that leapt through the country's inns and alehouses like an ember in a hayshed: one night every year, the Night of the Inferno, Blye Street rises from its ashes.

The party returns on that night to find answers. Who started the fire? Why? And what is bringing the street back?
